As I wrote in that description, I made this because in my opinion Celestia is just the kind of ruler that would ditch her royal duties every now and then for a little dancing in the rain :3

ooklahNothing much to add, I had some troubles with the colour balance here because I usually work on a laptop with a screen calibration quite different from other monitors. It gets annoying sometimes.

A second look does leave me wondering how she can live when she's all wings and legs, with almost no actual body at all, but the gleeful curve of her neck and the expression on her face still makes me smile right along with her, so it's all good.
I really like the subtle way you show her mane and tail are wet enough to start trailing on the ground and curling into damp ringlets, but not yet completely soaked to the point of collapsing into a sodden mess.
